I had a quick question and reached out to support. They got back to me the same day, which was nice. I thought I might be waiting longer, but it wasn’t a huge issue either way. Still, the fast reply definitely helped...

The site was simple to use, which I really appreciated. Checkout was a bit slow, but overall it was a decent experience and still felt worth it.

I tried using the batch validation on urineluck.com, it didn’t really go as smoothly as I was hoping. The page was slow to load, and I ended up having to re-enter my info more than once, which got frustrating after a bit.
Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took a while and the response felt a little generic. I don’t know, maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was more hassle than I expected.

I tried using the site, it was a bit annoying!!! Pages took way too long to load, and when I finally got to checkout, it felt confusing?? Like, I had to stop and figure out what I was supposed to do next...

I ordered from urineluck.com and it got here faster than I figured it would. The tracking seemed to update normally, and then it was just delivered a few days later. The box looked a little rough when it arrived, not sure what happened there, but overall the shipping time was good...

I ordered from Spectrum Labs, and the biggest issue for me was the instructions. They had instructions included, but they felt vague in places, and I kept thinking, okay… am I doing this right or not?

A few steps seemed kind of rushed, so I ended up rereading parts multiple times. I reached out about it and support basically said something like, “just follow the steps as listed,” which wasn’t super helpful because the steps were exactly what I was confused about.

The website itself worked fine and ordering wasn’t a problem, but the unclear directions made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. A simpler layout or a more detailed guide would’ve made a big difference.

It arrived fresh and was packed fine, no weird smell or anything that looked old. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but once it got here, it was... yeah, totally fine.

I sent my return in and it was accepted quickly, but then the refund just seemed to sit there. After about a week with no update, I emailed them, and then had to follow up again a few days later. I did eventually get my money back, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole thing dragged on longer than it should have and was frustrating.

I checked a few other places before ordering from urineluck.com, and their prices seemed reasonable. Nothing felt marked up or overpriced, which I appreciated. For what I needed, it made sense and felt like a fair deal. No issues on my end.

The privacy part was fine and they did keep things private, which is what I wanted. I just felt kind of ignored through the whole process, like nobody really checked in or made sure I was good.

The tracking was okay overall. The updates came in kind of late, but when they did show up, they were mostly right. Not perfect, but not terrible either...

The package showed up in plain packaging, so as far as I could tell, there was nothing obvious about what was inside. Shipping seemed fine too and I didn’t run into any issues. I’d probably order again if I needed to.

The temperature was a little tricky to get right, but it stayed close enough most of the time. Not perfect, but manageable. What annoyed me more was the canned apology when I brought it up — just one of those generic “sorry for the inconvenience” replies that doesn’t really say anything.
